The only one that helps with my policy is Ann she is wonderful. "I have been with state farm for years now. This office and its employees are really good with customers and explain everything in details when asked. They have patience and always get back to you as soon as they can with answers to any questions you may have. Lately I have been working with Lina and she has been so patient and very direct with her answers with clarity. I believe they also have Spanish speaking workers there as well which is amazing for local families in that area. I 100% recommend this office. "Worst agency ever. Paid an extra 2 months on my totalled car because they kept running me around claiming they'd sent out paperwork that they never had. I've wasted more money and time on the phone with these people than I care to admit - insurance went from $175 to $794 in a year. Geico, libertymutual, and allstate are all BY FAR much better. No price increase every month due to "location" or any other bs. Hope this helps :)"
