"They never answer text or emails and if you call you never get a call back but they are quick to increase your insurance policy asap. I've had to call other locations to get help"

"We do not have a record of any calls or texts from you but we would like to resolve your issue. Rates are set by our underwriting staff based on losses in the state and inflation. It is out of our office control. Since we are all independently owned I do not know how you were helped by another State Farm agent. We do have a 24 hour customer service number so perhaps that was them helping you? Please call the office tomorrow between 9 and 5 and we can help you."

"Alexis from State Farm was the absolute best help I have received. This particular office already had 2 strikes from me with 2 other associates there saying they would review my account and never called me back. Alexis saved the day for me but I was going to cancel today if I didn't get the help i needed, thanks again Alexis!!!"

"Ive had State Farm since 2020 with no problems until my renters insurance policy was being handled by this office. I lived in NY and moved to CT in which i was connected with this office based on my zipcode. Upon finalizing my policy i asked if i needed to contact my agent in NY to have that policy cancelled and the agent indicated that was something that they handle on their end. 2 years later it was never cancelled and I was being charged for two policies in 2 different states bundled as one lump payment. I was finally able to access my online account and noticed i was being charged for both so i contacted customer care who was able to get in contact with both offices to get this rectified. They also stopped my autopayment and stated i should wait until everything is handled before making a payment. They also stated the CT office ( this office) would be contacting me in regards to how to proceed and about my refund or credit as now they would be my agents and my account was never set up correctly as it was supposed to be a simple transfer of services. I never heard from them at all. I called 2 weeks after to follow up and was told refunds are a corporate thing which is understandable and could take 30 days or more. The rep also said Ann who was handling this would reach out to me to let me know how to proceed as i was now past due and my policy was about to be cancelled due to non payment and yet again i was never contacted. I showed up to this office as i figured nobody from this branch would contact me back after it being a month since this occurred and Ann and Lynette the manager were no help and ultimately told me it was my fault for me being charged for 2 policies and that there was nothing they could do to get my money back. They were extremely dismissive and as my “ agent” offered no help in regards to what steps could be done nor have they ever worked on getting me my money back until i showed up a month later. I even owed a balance which i wasn’t notified about until Ann decided to call the billing department since i was there in person and not when this was brought to light a month ago. The end solution was Lynette rudely calling the NY office to say that i overpaid for a policy that was supposed to be cancelled and to call her back as customer satisfaction is their top priority and that they “ should” call back yet afterwards told me she wouldn’t follow up with me in regards to tge status since i stated i would like to cancel my policy due to the lack of professionalism, customer blaming and blaming of other offices instead of taking accountability. They even stated i could have made the policy online without speaking to an actual agent which we all know is a lie because even when you make a simple quote online to get pricing options an agent is calling you within 15 mins constantly to follow up on finalizing it. If i made the policy by myself how did it get bundled with my NY policy as Lynette stated could have been a back office problem which again proves this isnt my fault!!! I would have two separate charges instead of one. Ann even stated that transfer of services is something the company doesn’t do but customer care AND the agent from NY stated that was what was supposed to be done. Ann also stated customer care is an extension of them and contacting an actual agent is the best thing to do. Yet i contacted this office and nobody could call me back to follow up but this is providing customer satisfaction? I will be taking legal action to retrieve my funds back and will never recommend this branch or company to anyone as they are liars and thieves."

"Dominique, I appreciate you sharing your feedback however all State Farm agents are individually owned and operated. My office did in fact write your new policy here in CT. In my 18 years as an agent I have never cancelled a customers policy with another State Farm agent as I am not authorized to do so nor do I have the ability to do that for our clients. State Farm can certainly resolve this issue for you but it has to come from the New York agent. I personally know that Agent and our office can provide them with the details you need to cancel the policy and get your refund. As you mentioned you did not check your account. We did not bundle the prices together. You had two separate policies and two separate billing accounts. We can only help with the one account that you have in CT. The issue lies with the New York agent who you gave a 5 star review. When you came into our office we called the NY Agents office with you and tried to get them to help. Please reach out to them as they need to help provide the refund. We will support them in any way possible but the issue can only be resolved through them. Thanks"

"Today after many long years with Travelers my Father and I made the switch to StateFarm. Lynette and her team are wonderful and very friendly. They allowed me to come into the office a half hour before opening because I had to go to work; something most people would never do. Lynette was very knowledgeable and made the process of switching over painless. And the best part was you’re saving us money!!
