"I came in because they never answer the phone was met with a older lady named Kim was very rude seemed like she didn’t want to help me since I wasn’t a sale to her asked about my policy since I’ve been a member for years and needed something for the dmv was not helpful at all instead told me to call state farm 1800 number and then I told her I had a competitive rate and she didn’t care told me to call when I was going to cancel don’t recommend at all very unprofessional will be going to Durango insurance"
